Our process is simple. Contact our Office, arrange for a Free
Survey, our surveyor will bring a brochure from our leading
supplier, Pick from over 30 Kitchens. Whilst there he will arrange
for the Design Consultant to visit at a time convenient to you, the
DC will prepare costings and using the latest 3D Technology, prepare
Computer Aided Drawings of your new Kitchen within days, we will
then get straight back to you with our combined price for supplying
and installing your beautiful new kitchen... All this and it's all Free
of Charge.

Repair we are
able to offer full repair and maintenance services for any home
owner, property
manager or landlord. We can hold keys, and agree with you how much
responsibility for repairs and maintenance you wish us to have.
Responsibilities
can range from only having responsibility for providing temporary
make safe solutions in emergencies; to managing the routine repair
and maintenance that all properties need. We understand that
landlords have differing needs, with some wanting to devolve all
responsibility with minimum communication, to those who want to
authorise everything on an individual basis. We are able to provide
all these solutions.
In
addition we are able to attend emergencies within the hour,
providing a temporary make safe solution until we can return the
following day. This also means that the tenant is able to make one
call notifying us of the emergency and we are then able to manage
the situation to cause as little stress and inconvenience for both
landlord and tenant.
